Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (nationwide)
  • International: Canada, Sweden, and select other countries.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We use Sendle for our shipping services, which calculate rates based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package details.
  • Final shipping costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary based on package weight and destination. Final rates will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Estimated timelines are:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Please note, delays may occur due to customs processing, unforeseen carrier issues, or high-demand periods.


Tracking Your Order

  • All orders come with tracking information.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
